Hi everyone,

I don't send out many announcements through Gumroad that aren't related to my brushes. That said some of you may know that my main job is working as a freelance illustrator/comic artist. One of those comics is called My Neighbor Necromancer #2 which just had its second issue successfully funded on Kickstarter on Oct. 3. It's a comic series I've been penciling, lettering, and inking, written by Dillon Gilbertson, and colored by Luca Romano. The story follows a young girl named Jessie who stumbles into the wild world of necromancy and learns how the denial and mistreatment of Death can do more harm than good.

Some of you may have backed the campaign, and if so I very much appreciate it! But I'm guessing that many of you who mostly know me for my brushes and don't follow me on social media probably haven't heard of it. So, you may be wondering, if the campaign is already over and funded, why does that matter? Why didn't you tell us last month?

Well, to be honest, I forgot. But, the good news is, we've enabled late pledges until Oct. 16, 2024, so if you are interested in checking it out, you can go to Necrocomic.com right now and still back the book! Issue 1 is available as well as issue 2, and we have a lot of other cool reward tiers. We are also shipping internationally! So if you live outside the US you can still back at the physical tier(s)

We even have some slots left for our pet commission tier, so you can have me draw your pet in the style of the book! Don't wait though! After Oct. 16th, the bones of this Kickstarter campaign will finally be laid to rest!
